Easy going. I have had over 14 years experience being a manager so I definitely understand why the woman in HR selected to give me an opportunity as far as a operations manager is concerned.. I am a little skeptical because I am reading where you don't have a life outside of work and family for me is everything.

Entrevista
It was pretty easy--interviewed with GM & DM at a hiring event. Asked me several questions on site; was able to go out and look at the center and meet some of the staff. Finished up the process by doing drug testing and started not too long after that.

Entrevista
Interview process was very Quick. Met with area manager and then the district manager. Started after drug test and background check came back. Also spoke with the recruiter manager. On boarded online before first day.
