I was contacted through linked in by the recruiter for the company, who asked for my number and made a phone-sell to me. After a phone screen with the hiring manager, Lumeris setup an in-person interview with the manager and a senior member of the team. I was informed about the company by the manager and the senior team member, as well as asked some job-experience type of questions (some of which I could not answer). The interview lasted approximately 1h and was conducted on-site at Lumeris in Maryland Heights, MO.

I received a phone screen interview which only last for 30 minutes. After the phone screen interview, I received an email the day after for a face to face interview which lasted 1 hour. I meet with my team lead, co-lead, and on to the supervisor.
