Smooth it was a phone call we just spent 5 min with the recruiter and 4 with the bd manager and i got accepted in no time also questions where too easy for any one
Good but not as professional as what you'd expect, teams there are not well synced and the process might get delayed. Also, it's a bit one man show so expect a lack of strategy and structural teams
