Everything about the process was great! Everyone there was so friendly and outgoing. It was like I've known them all for years. The group interview allowed me to me new candidates and introduce myself. The speed round interview allowed me to meet more people who have been there a while and we could Get to know each other better and learn more about the job from the personal account of a current employee.

The hiring process was pretty smooth. I initially applied in may and was given a job offer the next month. I appreciated everyone I spoke with. The hiring team was warm and inviting. I had three rounds of interviews.

Entrevista
Once they email you saying they would like to interview you, you first send in a written response to an email from a driver and they review it and if they like how you responded then they emailed me a link and the time of the interview. Then when you go to the link you join the meeting and you get interviewed by 4 different people including a customer role play. And they also check your internet connection. They also make sure you have a desk, chair and a quiet office space in your home.
