Challenging interview, mostly based off negative experiences to see how you react to difficult situations. There were lots of resources available to help prepare, but it was still challenging. I did not have any specific industry knowledge but was chosen for an interview because of my presence, which they said would be required in difficult negotiation situations.
-"Average Interview Difficulty" based on how comfortable you are with answering Behavioral Type Questions in the STAR Method. -2 rounds of virtual interviews after screening -all behavioral type questions -good transparency from the recruiter -total process from screening to offer was approximately a month

Had 1 HR phone interview first then invited to a phone interview with the hiring manager and then 1 in-person interview with multiple team members. It was a smooth, typical process.
