A week after applying online, I got invited to complete the personality and cognitive tests, which were not that difficult. After another two weeks I was invited to the interview. There I had to take the cognitive test again first, afterwards I had two interviews: one with HR first and one with the possible manager from the department. It took one hour each. The atmosphere was good and it was not too hard; however they asked a lot of questions about the personality test and if I really fit; that felt strange.
Roughly a week later the manager told me that they've decided to take another candidate. However the feedback was really good and I appreciated that he called me to give feedback. In total the selection process took five weeks from applying until the feedback.

it is quick and easy, around 10 minutes, they ask very basic questions and explain you the role to make sure you understand what they need and if you can be a good fit

HR rang me up and organised an interview. I had an interview with the hiring manager for the position. Hiring manager was really nice. I would apply to the company again.

Entrevista
First, I was interviewed by the main supervisors, and later on I was interviewed the Head manager of the department.
I found it a bit confusing, as at the beginning in the first meeting I was told that it would be just that long interview and then another one with the main manager to sign the contract.. Nevertheless the main Manager explained me that they were a Headquarter, so they have to double check everything in detail.
