Good interview process, asked good questions technically and personally. Gave a tour around site as part of the process to ensure I was happy with my decision to accept. Was very welcoming and ensured I was always looked after.

First stage was great. Very personal - getting to know each other and ambitions for the job role. You have to be the right person, nothing below expectation or nothing too far above the job description.
