Step by step:
1 - Find a department/professor who might be interested in hiring a postdoc
2 - Send the CV and wait
3 - Interview: prepare a presentation of current/latest research and papers
4 - After the presentation, being questioned about the research goals
5 - Having good publications+clear future direction = offer
Offer takes at least a couple of months since the paperwork is very slow at MDA.

Entrevista
I was invited to do a Zoom a 30 min presentation of my Ph.D. dissertation. This was followed up by 20 minutes of questions from the PI and his senior students and postdocs. They had like 2 mins left for me to ask my questions. Informed me they will all vote on my candidacy which seemed a bit strange to me. They ghosted me for a month after I reached out to them after they replied with a generic rejection of they have hired someone else.
