I was contacted via email about a month or two after submitting an online application. I had a panel interview with 4 people from the department including supervisors and a current social worker. I showed up 30 minutes early however was interviewed about 30 minutes late. Right after I had another "interview" with current social workers in the department..about 5 or 6...this was more laid back. About three weeks later i got an email saying i was not offered the position and to look for future opportunities.

You will be in an interview with multiple people. They will want to know about your personal history/connection to oncology. Quite a few scenario based questions with your basic interview questions as well to get to know you.
