The most drawn out interview process I have ever seen, and the most disorganized. Had 3 interviews by telephone and the two of those got rescheduled an hour before the scheduled time. They did not even call me, just sent an e-mail. Luckily I caught it. Then had an on-site visit. For an investment firm that prides itself on unique insights, this is one of the most conservative and narrow-minded groups of people I ever met. Very arrogant and self-absorbed. Of the 8 people that I met on site, 3 did not know for which position I was being interviewed. Corporate hospitality at this firm is non-existent: they scheduled a full day of interviews and did not plan for a restroom break. The meetings were in 30 minute slots and started 20 minutes late. Each subsequent interviewer had to walk in on the previous one and interrupt. This made the already unpleasant environment worse. Only reason I kept interviewing was because jobs are scarce. Would not recommend this place to anyone unless they have no other job options.
