Was connected with a talent acquisition manager. Interviewed at MFS first with him, and then a week later with the manager of the internal sales force. Both people were very friendly, and clear about what the expectations were for different roles within the company. They said to keep in contact about resume updates, and that openings might be available later on in the hiring season.

interview process was straight forward. Know the firm's history and how they position themselves in the marketplace. Be able to articulate an opinion on the financial markets and be up to date on current events.
