Face to face with honesty, review QCM process as described in training, discussion about SP responsibilities and experience, relationships with Government contracting personnel. Expected work hours, salary and expected performance from MILCON. Discussed the attitudes and discrepancies that are Ft Hood contracting and how to overcome hurdles. 12 years as a construction manager at Ft Hood for more than 3 employers has allowed for my experiences to work well and defend positions of employer and or customer, I am fair knowledgeable and experienced as a tradesman and manager.
