CEO and Chief Creative take great pride in their work, claiming to be the "best in the business," that "nobody does what we do." However, this means that they don't seem to understand other similar industries or practices, nor are they open to them.
Over the course of four weeks, I underwent a series of four epic interviews: each at least 90-120 minute long, and in each they dominated the conversation by telling (and re-telling) what they do.
From one meeting to the next, they didn't seem to retain what had been previously discussed, as they reiterated their descriptions of the roles and asked me the same questions.
Each meeting also ran over the allotted time, which doesn't demonstrate that they have a strong handle on their time management.
Both are kind of maniacs: the CEO (fist-pounding on the table) and Creative Director (constantly interrupting him when not being interrupted).
