There were 2 rounds in my interview. Total time was 30 minutes, But our views and future goals were not aligned. so we both chose to round up the interview there itself

The interview process was great and I thought I built a good rapport with the HR director. I was not actively seeking a new job, but they reached out to me. After a couple discussions with HR I met with a project team and we had a great interview and conversation. I felt like I fit in immediately. I was expecting to hear back soon because the opening was immediate if I was a good fit. Then I was ghosted. I never heard anything after months and a few tries to reconnect. It was a bit disheartening, but I learned that this is a company that I would rather not work for due to the ghosting and lack of communication after a formal interview. A simple rejection would have been great especially when they reached out to me. I spent a lot of time and effort while I was extremely busy at my current job to update my resume and create a portfolio of work examples due to MKSK’s interest in me, and I feel that the time was completely wasted. I have asked if I could provide any additional information and was met with silence. I would recommend to steer clear of opportunities at this company, but I can say it would have been a positive experience had communication been better.
