I had totally 4 rounds of discussion.The first round was all general discussion with the HR to check the verbal and communication skills.The second round was a panel interview with 5 members from the management. The discussion started off with the basics of the technologies mentioned in the resume where interviewers shoot questions back to back giving a gap of just a minute to answer the question asked.After the basics the questions were all about programming (more of data structures and algorithms).The third round was all about coding little tasks of a currently running internal project (for which the candidate is being hired).Final round would be discussion with the CEO on general topics(mostly salary negotiation ).
