The hiring process was fair and moved quickly. However, the hiring manager spent more time talking than asking questions. There was little interest in what I really had to offer.

The interview process took place in 3 steps - phone interview with HR followed by in-person discussions with superiors and peers, and a last round to meet the junior staff. Everything went smoothly and quickly. The issue is I was lied to about the health of the client relationship - when told the agency was in good standing with the client I later found out that the client was on their way out. They fired the agency during my first week.
