Lengthy interview process with recruiter calls, phone screen with CEO, take home test, project review interview and finally full day on site with multiple team members and CEO. Process went well, feedback was super positive. However, when they gave an offer they low balled me ( offer was much below the advertised range on their website). When trying to negotiate, they rescinded the offer. Seems like they are lacking in integrity and transparency. Didn't seem like they were ever going to pay the range that was advertised from my final conversation with the recruiter. A very disappointing experience after a lot of time and effort. I would either stay away OR set salary and benefits expectations very clear from the start

Different simulations, robotics and computational geometry questions
The interview process included an initial call, a take-home assessment (data display app), a technical review, and two onsite technical interviews. The process was structured and straightforward, but I left with mixed impressions.
The company seems to be in transition, still defining what they want in engineering hires, with recent leadership and talent turnovers.
Feedback from my onsite was that I lacked cloud deployment experience, which felt misaligned for a frontend role that didn’t appear to involve cloud deployments.

Three rounds of interview, first with IT Lead, then with staff (DevOps, Product/project management and Operations/finance) and lastly with CEO. Mix of technical and personality questions, with initial focus on technical. Not extremely difficult or anyone trying to stump you, just trying to find your fit for the position and company, with the IT and DevOps personnel asking more technical questions. Everyone was very friendly and inviting. First rounds were virtual, second in person with other staff and last virtual with CEO. Definitely a positive experience.
