The interview process was fairly standard. I had an initial phone screening and then set up an in-person interview. However, during the in-person interview I was informed that the position had already been given to someone from within the company.
The interview was online, met with the recruiter and creative director, overall felt good and people were very kind. Did a project for them after 2 rounds of interviews. Commercial lines and big team

Entrevista
It was pretty average, first interview I met with director and senior designer. They assigned me a project and I presented to them the following week. I was offered the job on the spot.
