First, I applied to the job online. Afterward doing the application phase, I then had to do a personality assessment. After that, I was called in for an interview. The interview itself only lasted for about 10-15 minutes. When the interview was over, I was asked to pick a day to come in for training.

Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.

It was in person and lasted 20 minutes approximately. Before the int started I was asked to fill out a questionnaire. The question inclu questions about my education and prior retail sales jobs.
