College relations team first evaluates each candidate that approaches their booth on a number of factors, including their resume, academic achievements, relevant experience, positive and willing attitude, desire to work in an unconventional business environment, and their ability to articulate themselves clearly. If candidates are selected as adequate for next round interviews, they are put through 2 on-campus interviews, and if they pass those, they are taken to an on-site interview at corporate headquarters for a 2 day process of learning and interviewing.
