It was a generally easy interview which felf more like a conversation. It was in person. Interview asked behavioral questions and about my past experiences in other positions at Macy's I have previous;y worked at.

What would I do in a situation with a disgruntled customer.
The HR interviewer was so rude and disinterested on a basic introductory call for a position. If you work for such a large and well-respected company and you are calling potential employees at least smile once?
HireVue Viritual Interview during seasonal time of year. For a permenant role theyll call you in about a week if selected, schedule an in person interview and mostly ask about experience in moving merchandise from back onto the floor. Morning availability is mostly important

Very clear and lovely people. Asked great questions and also allow you to get to know the culture and people who work there. Moreover they ask about your experience and skills that will apply to your sector when working there.
