Applied through campus recruiter and online assessment. First round interviews were held on campus. Half behavioral and half was a coaching experiment.

Standard behavioral questions. For the coaching experiment, they provide you with information on several sales associates and you have to decide who to coach and why, and explain how you would approach it.

The interview process was lengthy but very conversational. I think there were 3-5 rounds. There was also a technical interview for your specific function that you took online in a closed browser.

It was easy. Just be yourself and don’t overthink it. First was a 15 min screening call over the phone. Then a 45 min zoom call with another individual. Questions related to past experience and how you deal with certain situations.

There were 3 rounds. The first is just an hr screening. You then have to take 2 exams for the second round. After the exams there is one final round. The process was very straightforward.
