Applied online and got an email to schedule a phone interview a few days later.
Due to COVID restrictions, the interview was done through phone. It was 1-on-1 with the department manager. They asked more situational retail questions than questions about my work experience and education. I thought the questions were rather irrelevant for the position, but I'm assuming it's because they were just asking all seasonal hires the same set of questions.
I was offered the position on the phone immediately after the interview and set up orientation days as well.

One on one interview that went smooth. They asked general questions about experience and scenario planning. I had a phone interview before the in person interview. It was a comfortable setting.

It is just a simple phone interview with minimal questions. They don't ask for much on the phone, just answer honestly, You most likely will be accepted for the job.

Once you have applied, the manager would call you and arrange a interview date. Either the Manage or People Leader would conduct the interview. It's just a few questions. Once they see you are a worthy candidate, they will discuss your availability and have you sign forums to complete the interview and move on to training.
