I went to my scheduled interview with an HR manager. It went well and a cosmetics counter manager called me the next day to schedule an interview with the Clinique counter. Then there will be one more interview.

I worked at Macy's in the late 2010s. The cosmetics manager asked me several questions. A few questions were difficult, like asking about what I would do if I saw a coworker stealing, but most were straightforward. She was also very respectful and supportive since I was unsure how to answer a few of the questions. They know that you need time to learn. Overall, it was a great experience for a beginner applicant.
