It was good and pretty much straight forward. They asked basic questions to understand if I had customer service skills, basic mathematic knowledge and if I could sale anything. I don't know what else to add I find it ridiculous that glassdoor asks so many questions. But anyways I loved working at Macy's.

Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.

Basic interview process. Applied online and was called in for an interview about a week later. Nothing crazy or out of the ordinary. No assessments needed. I talked about 2 managers.

It was in person and lasted 20 minutes approximately. Before the int started I was asked to fill out a questionnaire. The question inclu questions about my education and prior retail sales jobs.
