engaged with children for about 20 minutes,purpose was to show how I would interact with them and compatibly. then had a one on one interview with the site director. She told me about herself and wanted to hear about me.

I interviewed for this job as a new college student and they made the interview process so easy. I applied, got an email saying they wanted an interview and after that interview I heard back within a couple days. After I got accepted I started soon after. Overall, really easy and not overwhelming.
