From their website's description of the culture, why they don't negotiate salaries, and providing interview questions in advance, you would think this is an amazing and progressive company. I had an interview scheduled and the night before my interview was to take place, they canceled it. I had already spent no less than 6 hours preparing for the interview. When I responded and let them know I was disappointed, especially since I had spent so much time preparing, they sent me a $10 amazon gift card, which was insulting, especially since the position pays more than $100k. I charge $125 an hour for consulting. If their pipeline was already full enough, they could have spent the 1 hour of time interviewing me and still choose another candidate. I woudln't be mad about that. Now, I wouldn't recommend that anyone interview there. Their online presence doesn't match the experience.

Midway through the year, you realize that given the current YTD results and evolving marketing strategy, your team is too heavy on Content Marketing resourcing, and lacking the Product Marketing capacity needed to execute on your goals. One of your direct reports, Robin, is currently in a mid-level Content Marketing role, but has expressed an interest in growing their expertise and stretching into a product marketing role. Recently, they specifically volunteered to take on the product marketing needs. They’ve had some exposure to Product Marketing at a previous company, but would essentially be coming in at an entry level. Your needs for the role are mid-level. You are considering the path forward given the current team and the future needs.
