One interview then orientation. During interview I met with HR and owner. They called me before I even made it home with the offer. After that I attended orientation for a week which was a lot of info not pertaining to my position.

Basically got to try a day at the job and see if i could handle it and work under pressure. Had to carry large boxes for a long period of time around the facility. Was very physically demanding but the average male could do it. Do not suggest for females.
