Don't waste your time applying. I submitted my CV and had a phone interview the same week. The woman on the phone spent the whole time talking about why I should work for the company and barely even asked about my background etc. They were clearly struggling to find employees. I was offered the job on the spot without a face to face interview. I then found out the first three months were an unpaid "training academy" and that I would only be offered secure, salaried employment if I met unrealistic sales targets. It seems to me they just want to take on people to work for free for three months so they can exhaust their contacts and ideas before ditching them for new recruits. I stated I'd accept the job if I was offered at least minimum wage but they did not even reply to my email. A complete waste of time and terrible attitude towards graduates.

It's a very normal interview, I applied online then got an email asking me to fill the application form.It was an easy form, with two problems mandatory and two questions optional.Two days later I was asked to do an interview in their local office. The whole interview was easy going and relaxed.
