I had a phone screening with the COO, then a 1:1 in-person interview with the COO and another 1:1 in-person interview with the VP of Operations. The phone screening had more get-to-know-you questions (e.g., tell me something interesting about yourself, what do you like to do in your spare time, etc.). The first in-person was a lengthy deep dive into the company and the role. The final interview was mostly a gut check.
