Received an email regarding instructions to do an interview through HireVue. This was done by using an app on a phone/tablet, asked a series of questions while recording your response. After completing the interview, never received an answer or response of any type. I'm assuming it was because I didn't have a 4.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale and wasn't president of every group on campus; for whatever reason, this seems to be more important to them rather than experience. Very disgusted with this company, showed more interest and was very loyal to waiting to here back from them. Their HR department should be very ashamed for not giving the decency to let candidates know either way so they can move on. I was told from career development at my university that "they can do this because they can". I have heard this happening to numerous people.

Entrevista
Very friendly and smooth going. Interviewer made me feel comfortable, and they were very clear with their questions. The technical questions very not that difficult to be honest. They want to check your personality, and how you will fit into their workplace. They are looking for team player.

Talked to the guys at a career fair, did an on-campus interview the next day, got an offer the following day. Scheduled start date 6 months or so in advance

Entrevista
There was three interviewers in the room. They were all very friendly, It made be feel very comfortable. The questions they asked were related to work experience on my resume. Overall, it was an awesome experience.
