After I applied I was reached out to for a phone screening. In this screening I was told that I would be reached out to regarding next steps. This company has since ghosted me. Whether I was a desired candidate or not, it’s incredibly unprofessional to ghost your potential candidates. If this is how they treat their hiring prospects, I’d hate to think how they disvalue their actual employees.

The interview process was smooth. The time between interviews and contact with the company was occasionally long but overall everything was done respectfully and professionally. I had no issues with interviewing here and would expect others would have a similarly positive experience.
