Interview was easy and quick. The people were on time and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend people to work there. I found it easy to start and the questions were easy too. I'd say to practice the words verbatim, and a few others.

The interview was a positive experience. Asked typical interview questions specifically about customer service experience as we speak with respondents to get them to take part in surveys. HR was professional, after the interview there was a typing test in order to test how fast/accurate I could type while HR read aloud a paragraph.
