I filled out an application online. It took about 40 minutes to complete. They require a lot of information. I got a call back in 2 days, and briefly spoke to one of the Hotel managers. She asked me a few questions about my work history, and then invited me the next day for a face to face interview. I arrived the next day in business attire ( I tried to look the part of the front desk agent.) I sat down with the same lady that I spoke to on the phone. She was friendly, and asked a few more job scenario questions. She then told me, I will need to interview with all of the managers to get hired. Next sat down, a male manager who ranked slightly above the first woman. He asked me very similiar questions about my job and residential history, and asked me why I think he should hire me, and how I would fit in with the Marriott brand. Afterwards, he thanked me and we scheduled one more interview with the other managers for later in the week. Those interviews were very similar, and I feel like they are checking you out from the moment you walk into the hotel. I thought the interview went well, but I didn't get the job. A good interview experience though. There are other hotels in the world.

It was a super chill interview, they definitely used the STAR method and asked typical questions, including about how to deal with a rude guest, and how you deal with a rude or uncomfortable coworker.
