Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela Marsh Risk (Davis, CA) em nov. de 2016
Entrevista
Applied for position through University job posting and met with a recruiter on campus. Initial application included a resume and a submission of a brief "selfie" video through hirevue. The video included three questions with ~3 minutes to answer each question; the questions were very simple and personality based (e.g. tell us about yourself, why do you want to work with us?). Following the application I got invited to an interview with a recruiter on campus. I was kinda nervous but he was very engaging and he made it easy to open up and talk a bit more. The interview questions were also personality based and had typical scenario/behavior-type questions.
Overall positive experience with the interview process. Only drawback I would say is that because the recruiter was so friendly and talkative I thought I nailed the interview, which made it a little more disappointing when I found out I was declined an offer :(

What do you know about MARSH, and why do you want to work with us?
Talk about a time you had to deal with a difficult teammate/someone who won't cooperate.
Do you have experience working with large amounts of data?
I am sorry to hear that the interviews did not result in an offer for you. I am sure you will have a fantastic summer internship and we hope to see you again next year.

Hireview interview first. Then I interviewed with 3 more people and got talk to current TRACs for 30 mins. I got the position and was happy with my summer intern experience and pay.

Tell me about yourself/your involvement on campus?
I had a virtual HireVue at first, where I answered pre-recorded questions. Most of the questions were behavioral (Why Marsh, what is insurance brokerage, background info, leadership qualities) and then a few situational. Next round consisted of 2, 30 minute virtual interviews and then a Q&A with a current TRAC Associate that I don't believe counted toward anything, purely informational. I got an offer and took, Overall pretty easy, just know you resume.
First round was a one way video interview, and the second was with the manager of the Property department at my office. The manager was very kind and didn't ask too many difficult questions.
