Interview process wasn't the best in terms of length of time taken to hear back between stages. I applied online and did a phone interview which took months to hear back from. After the telephone interview I completed a coding challenge which again took about a month to hear back from. I was then invited to an assessment day which consisted of group task, code and a one-on-one interview.
