Process was straightforward. Applied, got to complete 5 Codility questions which were easy to medium difficulty. Was interviewed by an external partner and invited for a “Lab” assessment. 1 hour of solving tasks + 20 minute interview with an employee afterwards. A presentation of a personal project follows where you explain your code to engineers in a call for 1 hour.
