Two interviews with same group, one year apart for very similar position. First interview, never heard from them after jumping through multiple hoops and interviewing with multiple staff. Second interview - one of the people that interviewed me, reached out to me for a similar position a year later. Told I was going to meet with a specific person. Rescheduled my interview to 8 in the morning on a Monday. I showed up, come to find I am interviewing with the same exact people as the previous year. Did NOT interview with the main person. I knew then, that even though they reached out, agreed to the salary, etc. that I wasn't going to get the job. A lot of nonsense for nothing.
