Really long process but it allowed me to meet plenty of people on the team. TA contact was great to work with for coordinating the whole process. Culture fit is just as important as skill set.

You will get text messages asking a few questions to see if you qualify for the job. Then you will receive an email that prompts you to record the responses to the behavioral "fit" questions. After you record the responses and submit, the recruiter emails you with the result.
