Applied online, HR contacted me two weeks later for a phone interview. Basic questions about myself and why I wanted to work there. Scheduled an interview with the nurse manager a few days later. The in person interview consisted of her explaining the job, tour of the unit and two questions. This is a new grad position so there wasn't a lot of experience to talk about there. HR called me two hours after my interview asking for 4 references which were done online via skills survey. Never heard back for two weeks, called HR asking for an update and she updated me that I did not get it. Would have been nice to get a rejection email or something.
