Entrevista
They will email to set up an initial round of interviews which can last anywhere between 30 to 60 minutes. The initial interview will be with study staff including other CRCs and/or the hiring manager. They will reach out within the same week or the week after to schedule the second round of interviews, typically with senior staff members.

Had two interviews. First was with other CRCs working in the lab; the second was with the PI of the lab. Both consisted of structured interviews with fairly standard interview questions followed by allotted time to ask questions.

Initial 30-minute video call with clinical research coordinators, standard behavioral interview questions. Second-round with program managers/director, also a 30-minute video call, with more behavioral interview questions, more focused on my specific background and how my skills can transfer to the jmob

Entrevista
I had one round of interview with CRCs, then a second round of interview with the lab PIs. Interviewed remotely on Zoom, each interview was around 30 minutes and some time to ask questions at the end.
