it was supposed to be a phone screen because i was oversees. but ended up to only phone call because of internet connectivity problem from my side. we scheduled a few days before. interview was done on-time. I was asked to talk about a bit from myself and a few questions from my CV and my previous research projects. then I was told about what they are doing, what responsibilities i would have there, with whom i would work and i also had the chance to ask questions. the interview was very patient (as I told there was internet problem from my side and I thought it might be affect negatively on the process of the interview)

Entrevista
The interview consisted of me giving a 45 talk, and then individual meetings with my supervisor and other members of the lab. Each person asked me similar questions about my PhD experience and my goals for my postdoc, as well as long term goals. They asked me what training I thought I needed.

I applied for an NIH fellowship and needed a research mentor. I applied to the laboratory of my choice and was given a phone interview. After which, I was asked for a site-interview where I toured the lab and spoke with all the lab members individually.

Skype interview with the Principle investigator is the first things happens if you are not in the US. Sometimes you will be required to come to the laboratory and have interview with all of the lab member entire of day and give a presentation in the lab meeting.
