It was fast and easy. Simple, basic questions about customer service and sales. Was interviewed by managers from two locations as they were both hiring so a little intimidating. Front desk girls were nice and accommodating upon entering which is a good sign. Both managers seem very laid back and fun, but also seemed like best friends.

Effective, Part where you do sales pitch, Good questions. Person conducting interview asked relevant questions from past experience. Had me conduct a sales pitch from the paper she gave and gave me time to study it and then come back in.

Really low stress. Asked about my availability. Just make sure you sound personable . I also made sure that I showcased my skillset. We talked about sales which was new to me. Make sure you are willing to learn and be trained

Entrevista
It was a phone screening and one in person interview. The staff was up front, courteous of my time, and personable. Management asked fairly basic questions about my experiences and how I might handle a conflict. Pay was less than I was hoping without clearly communication on how their commission structure and bonuses would work for part time.
