They set an expectation about the position and asked great questions. They want to know what your strengths are. Can you perform type A duties like medical files, complex scheduling, billing, AND be a customer service representative and salesperson who receives commission pay on membership sales.

Have you ever considered the importance of regular massage within your own monthly routine?
Very easy application. Helps if you have previous experience working a front desk or working at massage Envy in general. Really just wants to see if your personality fits and will mesh well.

Lack luster and fairly easy. Manager at the time did not care to hire me on for a long time and new I was a temp worker while In school so she didn't bother going over much of my responsibilities.

Short questions. Easy. Asks about sales experience and customer service. It seems like a good first job. It does appear you would need to work some nights and weekends. You get paid commission for sales on memberships and products.
