They emailed me, I went in for an interview, and got hired on the spot. Started the job about a week later. No background check, but was required to memorize a script to get new people to sign up for a membership. It was draining!

If I know basic communication and computer skills.
The interview process was easy and straightforward. There was a focus on customer service and how to handle certain customer interactions. Talking to the hiring manager felt like a conversation and was very easy with little pressure.

Just asked about me, my strength and weaknesses and what my availability was like. It was a very casual conversation with the manager there at the location. She made me feel super comfortable and was easy to talk to. It didn’t really feel like an interview which was super nice
