You submit your resume and photo of yourself. If they like you they will give you a call & email inviting you to a location in DC for a mass interview event where many others will be interviewed as well on a one-on-one basis. You will get to meet the President of the company as well as upper management & some of his top employees who will inform you more about the company, the kind of events they do, pay, shifts, professional attire, etc. If you do well and impress them you will get a call back and you will be assigned to your first event.
