Entrevista
The interview process includes an Online Assessment with two easy-to-medium questions. Technical Round 1 focuses on projects, tech stack, OOP concepts, SQL, APIs, and scenario-based questions. Technical Round 2 involves Java, C++, SQL, and database management concepts. The HR round covers family background, strengths, weaknesses, and reasons for choosing Mastercard.
Simple question asked in Java, nothing fancy for sde1, solid principles, few questions on overloading but ghosted laster by hr, tried contacting to hr multiple times but no response received
I was selected through Mastercard’s Code for Change Hackathon for an internship, where our team worked on real-world projects. After successfully completing a 2-month internship, I was offered a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).

3 rounds ( 2 tech + 1 hr) Deeply Resume Based, you must know each and everything you've written in resume and about your project in detail - its flow, tech stack what and why, er diagram, how you plan to enhance it, etc. Easy to medium level dsa (stack, queues), DBMS and optimization. HR round was like a general hr round - intro apart from resume, family bg, about clg etc
