Met an Application Support Engineer in my School's career Fair. Received an email scheduling a phone interview. The interview was very simple. Usual questions like
1. why do you think you are suitable for this job?
2. Tell about about (this) project on your resume.
3. When are you graduating?
4. When can you start working?

There were three phases for recruiting procedures. The first stage was a brief and relaxing conversation, the second stage was about technical things and hiring manager asked several questions in the third stage.
