All interviews were conducted over the phone and the company sounded like there were on the bleed edge of technology doing things that many people haven't done before. There were about four phone interviews one initial phone screening to get my background then there was an interview from the manager with a general overview of the company, an interview from the project manager/technical lead, asking about background and an interview with a developer.
