Competency based, 2 rounds. Usually with 2 Managers for each interview. Need to be fully aware of the job description and be competent in answering. Good communication before interview. Given sufficient time to answer.

Very smooth and efficient. Interview was taken seriously and was thorough but not intimidating. Was given a good overview of the job and what to expect. Overall positive interview experience.
